Late in today's class, I was able to reliably reproduce a solution to the practice test question regarding changing the font size in the Notes pane of a PowerPoint slide.While normally the myItLab simulation software allows students multiple solutions to any problem, this particular question appears to have a fussy bug. In order to work around this issue, execute the following steps after you have successfully typed in Collect feedback forms. (including the period):
- Select the text you just inserted (including the period).
- Right click the mouse on the selection.
- Select the option Font... in the pop-up menu which appears.
- Change the font size to 18.
- Click OK to close the dialog box.
